Self Skirting

During a trip to Kansas a while back I was gifted with a Stitch magazine featuring some really cute skirts that I always held onto intentions of making.
I ended up making my favorite of the bunch, the Tulip skirt, by Wiksten Made. Out of impatience I ended up winging it without the pattern, but nonetheless I really liked the skirt I ended up with.
Since my photographer has decided to pursue her preschool education, I leave you with a shot of my perspective of said skirt, while admiring a waterway in Montclair.
And because I thought his flipped up collar was so cute, I have to include Ori.

Cute skirt! Which issue of Stitch was it in? I was looking at their back issues the other day and trying to decide if the magazine was worth buying to give it a shot...
