Garden Pickings

It is so affirming to leave the garden with a bucketful of produce...
... and then make it into a fresh and healthy snack...
... while enjoying the scent of mint, dill and sage from a beautiful little bouquet.

3 cucumbers, seeded and sliced
1 cup rice vinegar or white vinegar
1 cup soy sauce

Seed and chop your cucumbers into 1/4 inch slices, and then in a container, add all ingredients together and let marinate for 1-2 hours. Eat and enjoy.
