today was, hands down, one of the hottest days this summer. we spent the majority of it outside or eating popsicles.
we collected veggies from the garden and played in our $3 swimming pool. 
this was, hands down, one of my finest garage sale purchases.

And ma continued the tradition with her kids. I think she has a pic of all eight of us in one galvanized washtub back in the 60s. Two fit much better!
