Breezey Day Dress

I set to work on this dress after seeing this burdastyle post, and would consider it to be a lazy girl's shirtdress- same idea and shape, just without buttons.

It is a pretty simple little number, but I have been trying to make basic staple pieces that I can wear with leggings for this autumn.

The fabric is a heavy woven cotton I picked out of Joann's red tag section, and it has the perfect amount of stiffness for an a-line cut. I am seriously loving how easy it was to make, and how easy and comfortable it is to wear out.
