Parched

Truth be told you can blame my scarce postings on the ongoing heat wave. This week there has been little or no desire to:

light the oven or stove
roast in a sewing room that could double as a sauna
stray away from the slip n slide
But, there has been a strong desire to eat lots and lots of salad, made with lots and lots of tomatoes that are already red, orange, and delicious.

    Heard about your hot weather. We are now entering into a real hot/humid week. Too hot to be out of doors. The tomatoes look delish!
