home sweet home

we have returned! jersey welcomed us with chilly rain, i experienced jet lag for the first time, and i am still not sure if phia has readjusted to the eastern time zone. but at least we have some wonderful memories to reminisce on...

our first week was spent in kauai with grandma coco and lauren. we stayed on the north shore in a rental house located five minutes away from pristine beaches, lush hiking trails, and incredible views. it was an amazing feeling to be surrounded by such natural, untouched beauty.

we spent a couple days touring oahu, and i have to admit, it took a lot of will power to get on the plane to come back home. but i am thankful for such an incredible trip, and could not have imagined it any other way.
