I think it just may be time for skirts. Hopefully the weather will fall into line with this idea and brighten up.

Skirt Season
Some fabrics just aren't meant for scrap bins. I had a slew of long and skinny strips leftover from a recent quilt and I could not bare to let them wait around to be used any longer.
